ICEpower is experiencing strong growths in our key segments and taking on large project assignments for exciting customers in the audio industry. Due to this development we are strengthening and improving our execution. This includes the complete Project Management flow from specification, design to development of all hardware & software, production transfer, sourcing, certification as well as manufacturing of finished and semi-finished products (ODM).

Steffen is in charge of our S&OP Team including Manufacturing and Quality and in charge of our Project Management Office (PMO).

Steffen has a strong background from NKT Photonics, Widex and Nokia where he has had various positions in charge of the above areas (Operations, Research & Development, PMO, and Quality). Steffen holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Denmark, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) as well as being an Officer of the Reserve at the Royal Danish Air Force. Further Steffen has specialized in Project and Portfolio Management and holds a number of certificates (APMG Change Management certification, AXELOS Management of Portfolios, IPMA-B Senior Project Manager certification, PMP Project Manager, Prince2 certificate).
